[oradev@ERPDEV[/oradev/R12_app/apps/tech_st/10.1.2]#

As a workaround downloaded the latest opatch utility but still same Issue exists.

Cause:

ORACLE_HOME (10.1.2) not exists in the central Inventory. Hence the Opatch is failing.

Solution:

Attach (10.1.2) ORACLE_HOME to an existing Inventory/new Inventory  using OUI - Installer.

[oradev@ERPDEV[/oradev/R12_app/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/oui/bin]#./runInstaller -silent -attachHome ORACLE_HOME=/oradev/R12_app/apps/tech_st/10.1.2 ORACLE_HOME_NAME=dev_1012_home

Look at the way my acquaintance Wesley Virgin's autobiography launches with this shocking and controversial video.

Wesley was in the army-and soon after leaving-he revealed hidden, "MIND CONTROL" secrets that the CIA and others used to get anything they want.

As it turns out, these are the exact same methods many celebrities (notably those who "became famous out of nothing") and top business people used to become wealthy and famous.

You probably know that you utilize only 10% of your brain.

That's really because the majority of your BRAINPOWER is UNCONSCIOUS.

Maybe that thought has even occurred INSIDE your very own head... as it did in my good friend Wesley Virgin's head 7 years back, while riding a non-registered, beat-up garbage bucket of a vehicle with a suspended driver's license and with $3 on his banking card.

"I'm very frustrated with living paycheck to paycheck! Why can't I become successful?"

You took part in those thoughts, isn't it right?

Your success story is waiting to happen. Go and take a leap of faith in YOURSELF.
