We were not able to create the container database and it encountered following Error:

Cause: ORA_NLS10 Parameter was not set properly and it was pointing to the wrong location.
Solution:Unset the ORA_NLS10 parameter and proceed. The runInstaller/DBCA will work without any issues.$ unset ORA_NLS10 $ runInstaller
